The staff was very friendly (but no English so it was hard). Beautiful room (but no view). Comfy bed, good shower.

Beautiful village. Great communications with Stefano the day of arrival. He messaged me to confirm arrival time etc. As I was walking all the way from Monterosso I really appreciated this, as knew then I had a bed for the night! Also meant I didn't have to rush to get there for 5pm as he was there until 7pm anyway. I could then stop and enjoy the amazing views a bit more. He also recommended restaurants etc. The harbour is pretty at sunset.Room was clean and pretty (loved the exposed stone work on the wall). The little terrace upstairs looked nice for sitting in, but unfortunately I go there too late to catch the sun. I'd stay again (albeit with a different bed).

One plus could be the location if you arrive by car as it is one of the first buildings going into the city. This also means that you are very far away from everything else in Manarola.
